Remember you can also download the Teams app for iPhone or Android and receive your calls and contact your colleagues via the app as well.
If you are having problems with remote access on your machine or are trying to access Citrix for the first time you may need to download the latest Citrix Workspace app using this link – https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/
Select the link for the Citrix Workspace app for Windows or the Mac version is further down. Download and install the application on your machine and when prompted answer as follows:
Single Sign on – Select to enable
App Protection – Leave unabled

I have two screens at home but my Citrix apps only open on one screen. There are a couple of things for you to check:
My Document Manager appears to hang when I try and save a document.
This may happen when one of the save windows in Document Manager doesn’t appear on your screens when working from home on a single or dual screen. To reset the save windows follow these instructions:
In Document Manager got to the FILE menu, select USER SETTINGS. On the general tab at the bottom right is a RESET button, click on it and answer yes to clear all saved windows positions to reset the windows.
